        "All that part of the Township of Leighton Buzzard commencing at Gotto's Office comprising the Houses in the Middle Rows North and East of the Market Place - The Peacock Alley - the North East side of Lake Street including Odells Yard, Dudley Street, leading from the  North East side of Lake Street to Sandy Lane and Booter's Alley to Lake Bridge the Stanbridge Road, both sides including the old Gas House Yard from Lake Bridge to Harris'  House - The Stepping Stone Road including Nash's Corner, to Jeffs Lane, the Hockliffe Road both sides to Briggington Brick Yard on the North side and the new built cottages on the South side, the South side of Jeffs Lane from the Stepping Stone Road including Sandy Lane to the Roe Buck Inn.
