        "All that part of the Township of Leighton Buzzard commencing at Gotto's Office comprising the Houses in the Middle Rows North and East of the Market Place, the Peacock Alley, the North East side of Lake Street including Odills yard, Dudley Street, both sides of leading from the  North East side of Lake Street to Sandy Lane and Booter's Alley to Lake Bridge, the Stanbridge Road, both sides of including the old Gas House Yard from Lake Bridge to Harris  House - The Stepping Stone Road both sides of including Nash Corner, to Jeffs Lane, the Hockliffe Road both sides of as far as Briggington Brick yard on the North side & the new built cottages on the South side, the South side of Jeffs Lane, from the Stepping Stone Road including Sandy Lane to the Roe Buck Inn.
