        (a) piece of land in Southcourt, Linslade on W side of road from Leighton Buzzard to Horton [Buckinghamshire] containing 308 yd² with a frontage of 30 feet to the road and bounded: N by land sold to Charles Pointer; S by land sold to John Birdsey; E by road; W by plots of land sold to Charles Horwood and Edward Dawson [as shown on included plan]
        Subject to obligation to fence along southern boundary of the land; declaration by Arthur Williams barring dower
